This itinerary takes the scenic route out of Melbourne, exploring The Grampians in Victoria plus the Murray River and Barossa Valley in South Australia before joining the Stuart Highway - which takes you from the southern states to the arid Red Centre.
 
This trip is a diverse and scenic journey through some of the country's most iconic landscapes, taking in some of Australia's most cultural, well-known and spectacular geological landmarks, including Uluru, Kata Tjuta, and Kings Canyon.
 
This 19-day itinerary is an excellent first trip for the caravanning novice. It also makes an ideal section as part of a longer trip.
